13 September 1924 – Howard Henson

Georgia’s electric chair got several outings during the roaring ‘20s.

Howard Henson was strapped in after he was found guilty of murder. This electrocution was a forerunner for two more at the end of the ‘20s in the shape of Homer Simpson and Malcolm Morrow.
