14 July 1910 – Frederick Foreman

Another Essex boy’s life really hit the skids after he chose to get shot of his girlfriend.

Frederick Foreman was found guilty of killing Elizabeth Ely and the sentenced was death. As a result, the 45-year-old was hanged in Chelmsford on this day in 1910.
