8 July 1999 – Allen Lee Davis

Allen Lee Davis

Allen Lee ‘Tiny’ Davis was on parole for armed-robbery when he turned up at the Jacksonville home of the Weiler family and attacked pregnant mother of two Nancy.

He beat her so hard in the sustained attack that the butt of the gun he was using to hit her broke off. Unfortunately he was still able to use it to shoot and kill daughters Kristy and Kathy, aged just 10 and five respectively.

Sparking change

Davis was convicted of the murders and sentenced to die in the electric chair, a move that would lead to the end of executions electrocutions in the State of Florida.

Gruesome photos taken immediately after the sentence had been carried out showed Davis crumpled and covered in blood from an apparent nosebleed. He’d also sustained burns to the head, leg and groin and witnesses reported him screaming or moaning as the current was turned on.

The agony of the victims hardly a word is lost, but the anguish of the killer will be described in detail and how pathetic he really is.
I do not begrudge him afterwards all his torment, because he deserves it.

  2. George Ellington Says:

He got every bit of what he deserved!

  3. The way I see it is this: The attacker had no mercy or remorse for his victims…So why should the law show him any remorse… It is unfortunate that the electric chair is rarely used anymore… No mercy for the one who showed no mercy to his victims…

  4. Deb Lee Says:

Too bad his “electrocution” photos were so much worse than those photos of his three victims (4 had they counted the unborn child murdered also) once he was through beating and shooting them to death each watching the other perspectively a pregnant married mother and her 10 and 5 yr old daughters die one before each other. Poor fat blob!!! How, on a prison diet, did he remain 350 lbs even after being locked up for over 15 yrs????? Yeah, his “death” was so unfairly cruel. HA! Torturous????
