11 June 1930 – Albert Marjeram

Another murderer was strung up today at the tender age of 23.

Albert Marjeram was hanged for killing Edith May Parker. The execution took place at Wandsworth.

    Albert Marjeram was hung at Wandsworth Prison by Thomas Pierrepoint.
    His death was registered as follows –
    Wandsworth Registration District
    June quarter 1930
    Volume 1d page 567
    Aged 23
    Had he been hung at Pentonville the registration would have been made in the Islington District.
